ETA: Add Timothy Cruz to the complaint after his disgusting press release. Weaponizing facts that have nothing to do with the case is not what he should be doing. It should not matter that the prosecuting attorneys have children or are mothers, that IS IRRELEVANT. Furthermore. Stating he sympathizes with women who have PPD. That is also irrelevant. It is irrelevant that he is a father and grandfather. It’s not about JUSTICE. What IS RELEVANT IS THE EVIDENCE - and that was lacking. Jennifer Sprague and Shanan Buckinham This is a gross display of negligence and horrific abuse. To seek justice, to try a case because that is your job, is honorable. Unethical lines of questioning and cruelty have no place in this case. Theatre bow wearing. Asking a witness who lost their GRANDCHILDREN knowing they were a member of the Catholic Church - IF THEY KNEW MURDER WAS A MORTAL SIN - is inhumane and abusive. This is ABUSE. They should be fired at least - disbarred at best. I would be suing for exacerbating the trauma.

Horrible experience with these useless people. They let my 11 year old son down. No justice. Your letting a predator free walk around with no punishment. Sickening.

I feel that he takes advantage of people, especially those who are unknowledgeable about it. We asked for friendly fish, we got African Chiclids that bite, eat &/or kill other fish. He took an $89 heater that he said he would return to get our money back but kept it & we got nothing back, then sold us a & 20 heater for $80. I wouldn't ever work with him again. I'm disgusted & angry. Beyond angry!! To take advantage of senior citizens just makes me sick!!!

I have a complaint my fence Paul Oliveira was deported. Nancy Pica LIED the incident that she claimed against Paul Oliveira. I have proof the claims that statement. He was wrongfully deported also claims against an HULL officer that claim can be proven also fabricated I also have proof of that claim also! I'm gone to post these FABRICATED CLAIMS ON LINE! THIS CASE SHOULD BE VACATED!
